The monitor tracks the child’s breathing rate, temperature and body position, among other things, and shows the data in the OYO app. The goal was to make the monitor look not like a surveillance product, but rather like a cute baby product.

In the OYO app these data are then displayed in real time. The friendly design of the OYO distracts attention from the serious and threatening nature of the situations for which this monitor is intended.
The goal was to make the OYO monitor look not like a surveillance product, but rather like a cute baby product.
Not only are the selected materials “baby proof”, but safety for the very little ones was also taken into account when choosing the shape and dimensions. The off-white colour combination with light grey and mint-coloured accents is intended to create a gender-neutral look that fits in any interior. The mint-coloured accents add a cheerful and playful touch.
